5 Airports in 2 days

Wow, so little to write and so much time..Wait scratch that and reverse it. So much to write and so little time.

Long story short, when I left Peru I didn't have the card that they give you on entry so I was delayed more than I would have liked. But after they scamed me for another $5 U.S I was on my way. I was fortunate enough to have an empty seat next to me from Lima to Miami which ment that I had the advantage of a window and leg space!
How ever once in Miami at customs i couldn't find the paper work for my visa so was very nearly bounced out of the country. But thank fully I had it with my other paper work it was just hiding.....wow theres an awsome thunder storm right now. we just had the loudest thunder I have heard in a long time. But I digress, So from Miami to Chicago for the night. After a bit of walking around with my 25kg bag I forund the accomodation and started a quick tour of Chicago. I managed to get to the Sears tower which is another 'wonder' off my list. And see a few other places before it was too unsafe at night. Chicago is a very nice city and would quite like to go back one day. I couldn't get over how many 'Dunkn Doughnuts' there were, seriously like 1 every 100 meters.

The next day was an early start and a train ride to the airport. Because Chicago airport is sooo big (the American Airlines terminal alone is prob 3-4 times if not more, the size of Wellington airport) I spent a bit of time walking around. But under estimated the walk back to the gate. Along with the flight leaving 10 mins earlyer than on my itinerary, so when i got to the terminal the gate was actuyally closed!!!!! I had missed it by a couple of mins. I was spewing, but after explaining the previous reasons, I was allowed to board the plane and very releived to do so!.

A short flight later I was in Flint where I had to wait a couple of hours for an Irish couple and the person to pick us up. So i decided to get some sleep and was eventually woken by being jumped on by the guy that I would be sharing a room with.
And once the couple turned up off we went to Camp!!!!!!!!!!!!!.........
